Shipping Methods:
We highly recommend that the buyer choose UPS for the shipping method. UPS provides tracking information for all orders and insurance for lost or damaged packages. If the buyer chooses another method of shipping, it is at the buyers discretion, and the buyer will accept all liability for lost or damaged orders. Free Speech Systems, LLC will not and cannot do anything for lost or damaged orders that were not sent via UPS Shipping methods.
Shipping:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for refused shipments and this will be added to the invoice total. Freight/insurance costs are prepaid. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Items will be shipped within one week of receipt of order, though generally much sooner. Out of stock items will be shipped according to availability of product. Dimensions/oversize weights are applied to freight charges when applicable.
Backorders:
If your order contains a pre-ordered item, or a back-ordered item, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock. If you would like to have a partial order shipped immediately, please contact our offices at (512)291-5750 Ext. 56 or 96. An additional shipping charge will apply for this instance.
Damage/Loss:
All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier. Infowars.com cannot file this for you. All claims for shortage/mis-shipments/mis-billing must be made within 10 days of receipt. In the event of a faulty product, the product must be returned, at which point we will ship out a replacement product.

any other applicable products offered via the infowarsshop.com, you authorize infowarsshop.com to charge such card on the
periodic basis as specified (e.g., once per month for monthly Services or once per year for a yearly Services)
in the amount described on the applicable Service or Services'
purchase path(s).
If the account number, expiration date or other information of
any credit or debit card account associated with your subscription
Service changes,infowarsshop.com recommends that you update it as soon
as possible. Please also be aware, infowarsshop.com may acquire
this current information from infowarsshop.com's financial services
partner and update the information previously provided to us by you to
include such revised payment information. For purposes of this
Agreement, such financial services partner will be referred to as a
"Vendor." For certain Services billed on a monthly basis, the term begins when you purchase and ends thirty (30) calendar days later.
Your subscription will automatically renew monthly at the full
monthly price applicable at the time of purchase or at the regular full
monthly price, in the event your purchase was subject to a discount or
special promotion, each in accordance with the terms presented to you
at the time of purchase. To cancel a subscription to a Monthly
Service, send an e-mail to infowarsshop.com customer support. Cancellation will become effective as of the next monthly billing cycle following receipt.
For certain Services billed on a yearly basis, the term begins upon
purchase and ends on the anniversary date of your purchase the
following year, with one-time billing immediately following your
purchase ("Yearly Services"). Your subscription will automatically
renew annually on the anniversary date of your initial purchase before the start of each new annual term at the subscriber rate then in effect unless you tell us to stop unless infowarsshop.com discontinues or significantly alters the Yearly Service
prior to the start of the applicable subscription renewal period. In
the event infowarsshop.com discontinues or significantly alters a Yearly
Service that you have purchased with annual automatic renewal, infowarsshop.com shall notify you via the email address provided at
purchase of such cancellation and may provide information about similar
or new Yearly Services available via the infowarsshop.com Properties.
To cancel the annual automatic renewal feature, send an e-mail to infowarsshop.com Customer Support a minimum of two business days prior to the renewal date. Cancellation will become effective
as of the next annual billing cycle following receipt. Refund Policies for Infowars Magazine Subscription Services
In order to provide the highest customer satisfaction possible, infowarsshop.com will refund the purchase price paid for a subscription
if a refund request is made to the e-mail address or telephone
number(s) provided prior to 5 days of the release and/or shipment of the subscription product. In no event will infowarsshop.com
grant you more than one (1) refund during any given calendar year. A refund due to a cancellation will not be processed for an issue of Infowars Magazine once it has been mailed. Customer is responsible for maintaining and updating address information. This can be done by contacting Infowars Customer Service. Infowarsshop.com assumes no liability for items returned due to insufficient, outdated or undeliverable address. Reshipment is at customer's expense. Of course, should you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, you may send an e-mail to infowarsshop.com customer support.
If such cancellation occurs after the commencement of the subscription service, then your cancellation will be effective as
follows:
Any Yearly Service: Cancellation of each
year after (and not including) the year during which you cancel. NOTE:
Each year of your subscription concludes on the anniversary date of your
initial purchase date. INFOWARSSHOP will consider a pro-rated refund requests for a yearly subscription service on a case by case basis. IF a refund is offered on a pro-rated basis, the customer will be charged the regular retail price for each issue released and refunded the difference, if any. INFOWARSSHOP reserves the right to charge a service fee when processing any cancellation.
Any Monthly Service: Cancellation of each
month after (and not including) the month during which you cancel. NOTE:
the first month of your subscription concludes thirty (30) days after
your initial purchase date and each subsequent month thirty (30) days
thereafter.
